DSKA Tool's offers the following return policy

Please contact us prior to returning your item. If you have received an incorrect product or ordered the wrong item, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange, only if the product has not been used and is in its original condition and packaging. All damaged items returned are subject to the corresponding manufacturer’s inspection. If it is determined that the damage has been caused by misuse, neglect or if the product has been modified in any way the customer is responsible for the replacement of the item. If it is determined that the item has broken due to a manufacturer’s defect, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If the item returned has since been discontinued and deemed defective, it will be replaced with an item of equal value; however an original receipt is required in this case. Warranty Information:

The majority of our hand tools and impact products carry a manufacturer’s lifetime warranty. Our other items are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee to either replace or repair the product under the following conditions. The product must not appear to be misused, neglected, abused, modified or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the product, all Reducing Adapters, Stud Bolt Sockets, Torque Calibration, Cuttings, Extractors, Files, Punches, Chisels, Wobble Extension Bars, Thin Wall Sockets, Swivel Sockets, plastic- or rubber-made materials such as handles, items that are 6.35mm in size and under are not covered by any warranty. DSKA Tools will not accept any liability for incidental or consequential losses to the customer incurred by the purchaser losing the use of one or more of our products.
