The short version - if you buy it from us and it breaks due to no fault of your own we will send you a return shipping label, replace the item and ship it back to you at no charge. If however, it is deemed your were negligent you will be for shipping. We have been in the business a long time. We are pretty good at spotting negligence.

All tools covered by manufacturers' guarantee will be either replaced or repaired on condition that the tools have not been misused, abused, modified, or worn out. Please contact us prior to returning item. Packages which do not contain a DSKA Tools' issued RMA number will be refused.

We doe not accept any products under warranty that upon inspection appears to have been abused, misused, neglected, modified, altered, badly worn, or treated with lack of maintenance.

Due to the nature of the product, all Reducing Adapters, Stud Bolt Sockets, Torque Calibration, Cuttings, Extractors, Files, Punches, Chisels, Wobble Extension Bars, Thin Wall Sockets, Swivel Sockets, plastic- or rubber-made materials such as handles, items that are 6.35mm in size and under and discontinued items are not covered by any warranty.

How to void your warranty?

Use a hand socket with an impact gun (Use hand sockets with an impact or power wrench can wear out the sockets and cause peened metal around the drive)
Mistaken a screwdriver for a chisel or pry bar (Broken screwdriver tips and bent shanks are the result of using screwdrivers as pry bars, punches, chisels or levers)
Use an tubular bar on a ratchet (Use pipes or other extensions on any of the tool to increase leverage can easily cause the tool to break)
Abuse your purchase in anyway. Products that have been worn, altered, neglected, abused, or misused, are not under warranty
